What I read in 2020.
At risk of sounding like everyone else who is reflecting on 2020: what a year.
There have been some amazing things to come out of what will undoubtedly be remembered as one of the most challenging years in modern history. Goodness aside, let's not fool ourselves: we will forever be hoarding toilet paper the way our grandparents did aluminum foil.
Of the things I learned this year, one point is especially clear as I write this post: I miss travel. In fact, I would go as far as to say that to be at the top of my professional game, I need travel.
Business trips are where I reflect, read, and journal.
Without the opportunity to explore the world and meet new people, my reading list is... lacking.
With that said, please forgive me for the short list of what I read in 2020.
